About Sean Patrick Simpson
Why The Mindset Apprentice?
First, let me give you a little back story…

In the year of 2007 I had a burning passion inside me to become an international speaker and leader in the fields of personal growth and human potential. I knew that to become the best I could be, I would need to learn from the best.
I needed to fly with the eagles.
Through the intention of being mentored by one of the greats, followed by inspired action, I was quickly taken under the wing of an incredible teacher, John Assaraf, who was featured in the hit movie the Secret. Quickly after that, I found myself under the wings of many eagles, including several from the Transformational Leadership Council: a group of people who are changing the world at a global level.
Before I knew it, I wasn’t only flying with the eagles…I was a part of their family.
Having come to John as a participant in his first 6 month goal achieving program, ‘the Having It All Challenge,’ I soon found myself as his apprentice, the program director for the 2nd Having It All Challenge, and a leader to the participants.
One day I asked myself the question, ‘why are people in this program connecting so much with me?’ and I realized there were two reasons:
- For years I’ve had a knack for teaching, as well as connecting to people at what I call a soulular level, which is beyond the surface self.
- I found through the Having It All Challenge that I acted as sort of a bridge for people between themselves and the masters.
I know we’re all inspired by teachers like John Assaraf, Bob Proctor, Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, and the many others out there who show us how to achieve our goals and dreams…But I also know of the nagging voice that often resides in the students head of, “yea, but they’re in a different world. That’s them, not me.”‘ We literally find ourselves unconsciously placing them in another, unattainable, realm of life that we are not a part of.
I’m here to tell you though that we can have the same type of accomplishments! The success principles they teach DO work when you apply them consistently and in the right order! My goal in developing this site is to share with you my journey of coming right from where you are, being mentored by these great teachers, and to inspire you to join me on the road to success in whatever your endeavors may be.
And so I encourage you to come back to this blog often…OUR blog where it’s not just a monologue, but a dialogue where we can engage in discussion through your responses to the posts I write. I’m here, flying under the wings of eagles, sharing with you my successes, [my] failures, and everything in between.
Whoever you are, I sincerely hope I learn your name soon when I read your responses, and hear you on the teleconference calls where I share with you my journeys, as the Mindset Apprentice.
About Me

What do I love and what is my driving force?
I love life! That just about sums it up! I…Love…Life…In all that I do and all that I see, passion is one of the key driving forces for what I do. I have passion for my friends and passion for my family! Passion for my music and passion in my learning and teaching. I am an extremely motivated individual who is always trying and learning new things and enjoying every step of the journey!
What am I?
Let me tell you before I go into detail…One of the teachers I look up to, Zig Ziglar, provides an affirmations pamphlet in his ‘How to Stay Motivated,’ course, and encourages you to claim the qualities as your own. The way those affirmations were written were an inspiration to part of this ‘What am I?’ section. And I encourage you to develop a similar description (with your own words of course) for yourself.
I am an optimistic, punctual, enthusiastic, goal-setting, smart working self starter who is a disciplined, focused, dependable, persistent positive thinker with great self control! I’m always surrounded by amazing friends and a family that fully supports my goals and dreams. I am compassionate, encouraging, considerate, generous, gentle, patient, caring, sensitive, personable, attentive, and a fun-loving person! I am supportive, giving and forgiving, affectionate, loving human being and a sincere and open-minded good listener and a good-finder who is loyal and trustworthy.
What are my gifts?

My gifts and talents allow me do things from performing for an audience and striking tears, to giving others inspiration, hope, and a mentor in life. I’ve toured the world from the U.S., to Europe, to Korea and have been fortunate enough to perform in extravagant locations such as Carnegie Hall, the Sistine Chapel, and many others.
Some of my many passions are music, singing, coaching, teaching, and making a positive impact in this world.
I fully and truly believe in the journey of self-growth, improvement, and empowering others, and am so grateful for the opportunity to now be sharing the journey! Enabling others to see their beauty and gifts is a joy I thrive on.
I LOVE life and I LOVE my friends! My friends are my family and I hold them very close to my heart! I am extremely fortunate to have such incredible people a part of my life. Though we don’t share the same blood, we share the same love.
My high energy and fun attitude always has me looking for new and exciting things to do! Life’s too short to not enjoy it!
Imagine: a beautiful sunset painted with lavish colors…the sun gleaming down through patches of blue sky…city lights gleaming among the moonlight and stars…this is the astonishing world I see myself in. This is the bliss that brings me joy.
